Job Status Watchdog

This is an automatic reminder that reminds both the admins as well as your couriers (via PUSH notifications) about jobs that didn’t progress to the next expected status in X minutes since the last status change.

You can configure the watchdog as per your preferences under Configuration > Settings > scroll down to “WatchDog Push Notifications Settings” section.

Jobs will be colour-coded in your dispatch screen accordingly.
