ON THE WAY and ARRIVED functionality

This option allows your couriers to push a new button of “On the way” for a specific delivery job, which can trigger live tracking for the job. If you don’t want to expose the location of your courier as they are driving between multiple jobs, this is the way to do it, as the location will only be exposed after the courier confirms that they are on the way towards the drop-off point of the job.

As soon as the courier arrives, they can tap the “Arrived” button to indicate to the system that they have arrived at the location. This way, the system can stop the live tracking session and start counting the “waiting” time which is then accessible in the admin panel in job details, in case you need to charge extra for prolonged waiting.

To switch ON this feature, look for the following switch under your Configuration > Settings.
