Cashless Tipping

If you wish to provide your couriers with a way to receive tips from your customers, you can use our integration with Strikepay.

In order to avail of this feature, simply go to www.strikepay.co and create an account. Once done, let us know so we and Strikepay can finalise the integration for you.

Once the integration is fully in place for you, you we will activate an option for your couriers to sign up with Strikepay directly from the Zoom Courier Software mobile APP and start receiving tips.

To prompt your customers and the recipients of packages to leave a tip, you can easily embed a tipping link into your email templates, which will automatically link to the online tipping page of the correct courier who delivered the job.
